C64

untitled CRPG

well! i'm not sure where this one will lead, but i kinda started putting together a sort of CRPG a while back, which is a very generic project for 8-bit computer development from what it seems when i started looking stuff up.

at the very least, it's helping me learn C and 6502 assembly, which i kinda wanted to try for a while. this is probably not the best way to learn C since the processor on the C64 is not very well suited for it, but there's a fairly decent compiler for it, and it seems to work just fine, so i think it's gonna work out. i do want to slowly optimize it by replacing C parts with hand assembly eventually.

GB Studio

Fields of Eutomia

an obscenely long amount of time ago i worked on this one jrpg project thingy that got kinda far? but not really? it was kind of a too big to chew project, but i got to do some neat stuff and i'm proud of where i got with it, even if the demo is about an hour long.

i tried to get as close as posible to something that resembled a retail game from the time, worked really hard on scripting and presentation. i think i managed to make something nice idk lol. sometimes i get the urge to start working on something similar again, let's see if i can find the motivation, must be in between the cushions of my couch somewhere.

Super Bunny Mission

this was a submission for the 2023 Game Boy Showdown. basically, i had to make a game about the jam's theme, which was "friendly", in the span of a week. so i made this platformer thingy. i wanted to give the lil bunny protagonist a lot of animations for moves, maybe i should revisit the concept sometime.
